All 14 exhibition halls in use for the fair, which counts five thematic areas: International, Denmark, Camping, Golf and Outdoor life.

“These three days the world gathers in Herning. It means that the fair covers every holiday dream, visitors have, “says Danish Travel Show´s project manager, Anders Ladefoged.

This year, Danish Travel Show has extra focus on the US, which is the official partner country in the year 2016. This means that the Land of Opportunities will have ample opportunity to show vacation options.

Dream Journeys and more Danish Travel Show are much more than buying and selling of dream trips. The fair also offers 120 free travel talks, lots of news from the exhibitors, competitions with great prizes and the ” In the dark”, where visitors can take a break from the trade fair bustle and experience a team campers who live and live in the area during throughout the fair. In the area, there are late-summer atmosphere at one end and real winter fun with the Christmas market in the second.

-Our goal is to inspire visitors and provide them with additional experiences with home from the fair, Anders Ladefoged says. The program of activities includes playground, puppet shows, dance performances, live music and travel auction where any is without starting price.
