Singapore Airlines is rolling out a new loyalty programme specifically designed for small and medium-sized enterprises. The HighFlyer programme, which caters to SMEs, rewards corporates with HighFlyer points while employees can keep earning on their existing KrisFlyer loyalty account each time they fly with Singapore Airlines or regional affiliate SilkAir. The scheme has no minimum spend tied to it and points may be earned for every S$1 spent on tickets reserved via Singapore Airlines’ corporate booking platform or a designated travel agent. “The Singapore Airlines HighFlyer programme highlights Singapore Airlines’ commitment to constantly enhance the benefits for our corporate clients and business travellers,” said SIA senior vice president sales and marketing. Corporate customers in the programme can access their points balance via a self-service web portal which allows them to manage all travellers and bookings. Companies will be able to redeem points in full or in part for future trips across the Singapore Airlines and SilkAir networks.
